The Position As a Project Director for Intralogistics and Warehousing you will play a key part of a major expansion project with high ramp-up focus and an international and complex stakeholder landscape.
The work will have a direct impact on future launches and delivery of our new products in Novo Nordisk to the benefit of our patients.
You will develop and execute project plans, defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations.
You will also provide leadership and direction to project teams and among your team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
You will directly report to the Project Vice President.
Your main accountabilities will be: Creating and developing a project plan, and direct project execution, identifying and assessing project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and desired outcomes.
Develop project budgets, closely monitoring and managing expenditures to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Allocate and optimise the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives.
Make decisions regarding the planning, organising, and controlling of resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Qualifications To be successful in this role we expect you to have bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Project Management certification, such as PMP, is preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and preferably experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum 3 years of a people management experience Experience with expansion projects is a must.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You are fluent in English.

Your ability to effectively manage stakeholders, lead and motivate teams, and mitigate risks demonstrates your strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Your proficiency in CAPEX project execution, financial management, and quality assurance ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
