Contract Negotiation and Procurement: Lead contract negotiation and procurement activities for project development, including equipment supply agreements, construction contracts, and service agreements.
Project Management: Oversee project development activities to ensure timely execution and delivery of milestones.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
Community Relations and Public Outreach: Implement community relations and public outreach initiatives to foster positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Provide information and education about renewable energy benefits and project impacts.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business administration, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a focus on greenfield development.
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project development processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of successfully developing and permitting renewable energy projects in Italy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Fluency in Italian and English languages.
Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally.
