Project Development Manager - Renewables

Our client is a leading Developer in the Renewables Industry.
We are hiring a Project Development Manager who will be part of the client Project Development Team.
- Project Developer for raw land utility scale photovoltaic plants.
- Supervision/execution of the whole permitting process until the ready to build status, cooperation with the Construction Managers until the commercial operation date is achieved;
- Languages: Fluency in English;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field;
- Solid background in project development of utility scale raw land PV plants in Italy and familiarity with the permitting process, from greenfield all the way through to construction.
- Good understanding of all parts of the Renewable Industry, PV development cycle and experience with negotiating agreements and contracts and in dealing with public administrations and grid operators;
- Familiarity with all the Italian permitting activities/procedures related to the achievement of the ready to build status of the PV plant and grid connection infrastructures as well as the achievement of potential feed in tariffs;
- Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;
- Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by clear and effective project plans and executive level reporting that ensure timely action and decision making in time-pressured scenarios;
