Your mission / Objectives of the positionThe applicant shall assist the project development department in the acquisition and management of PV projects, Utility Scale, Energy Communities, Green Hydrogen integration, BESS, from site scouting to Ready to Build stage.
Your profile / requirementsTasks and responsibilitiesManage the development process up to RtB authorizations for PV projects including large-scale PV, Renewable Energy Communities, Solar Rooftops and other self-consumption-based models as well as energy storage systems and integration with our Green Hydrogen development strategy.Carry out preliminary technical/environmental assessments for project acquisition in cooperation with Business Development.Define and follow up the project development process, including timeline, budget, cash flows and all the necessary reports.Monitor the preliminary design of projects, with the support of the team, identifying, engaging and supervising engineering consultants, ensuring compliance with the permitting, environmental and construction requirements.Monitor environmental and construction authorization procedures, supervising permitting and licensing consultants, ensuring compliance with the design and construction requirements.Liaise with electrical network operators (DSO and TSO), managing web portals, up to grid connection execution.Liaise and cooperate with the engineering and construction departments.Manage communications, archives, and data flowing between competence centers and the Italian branch.Knowledge and managing the initial feasibility and constraints screening activities studies (GIS analysis).Back office support: preparation works for filing activities, checklist of request documentation, and general support for the development activities. Essential SkillsDemonstrable experience in developing, asset management, consultancy or advisory of greenfield PV projects in Italy.Proven understanding of the Italian regulatory framework related to the energy sector, particularly the development of PV Plants, including environmental and licensing requirements.Knowledge of the Italian electricity system - technical and regulatory, including distributed generation regulations plus utilities and related interconnection procedures.English proficiency written and oral. Desirable SkillsProject Management or Technical Advisory experience.CAD and GIS software user.PVSYST user (plus).BESS and Wind projects development frameworks knowledge (plus).Spanish, Portuguese (plus). You WillEducationMaster's degree in Electrical, Energy Engineering or other Technical Degrees / related discipline. Other requirementsDriver's license and availability to travel, if required.
