Project Development Manager

TGRC has partnered with a well-known international energy company that is active in over 40 countries, that operates roughly 22.5GW of generation capacity in Europe.Key Responsibilities:You will ensure to make a maximum of MWs under development to reach RTB.You will support the Management of portfolio projects under co-development with Co-developers and ensure that all development steps are met successfully.You will proactively support solutions to issues met by the partners' developers/projects, making clever use of internal and external resources to solve any issue in time positively.You will ensure up-to-date and precise project development reporting to ensure top management's capacity to make decisions.You will be participating in obtaining in due time the relevant approvals from Management in order for projects to progress positively.You will support the Due Diligence regarding portfolio acquisition/partnership negotiation, bringing in, in particular, your acute knowledge of the permitting of Solar and Wind projects to effectively assess the quality of a portfolio.Support as need be any transversal subject impacting the overall work and expertise-building of the RES team (e.g., BESS, AgriPV, etc.
)Essential Skills:Excellent up-to-date granular knowledge of Project development steps, including Permitting, land contract, grid connection, etc., from origination to ready-to-build.Continuous improvement mindset, always looking at improving the status quo proactivelyParticipation in utility-scale solar projects/Wind projects development/acquisitions/Co-Dev.
Partnerships.Project management skills, with strong attention to detail, and strong attention to keeping deadlines, and managing Long-term projects on a day-to-day basisStrong communication capacity: effectively communicates needs and wants to transversal team in an international and multicultural context.Fluent in Italian and English.
