Project Development Manager

**Areas of Responsibility**:
- will be involved in the development of solar and wind projects coordinating the different phases.
In particular scouting, pre-feasibility, constraints analysis, relations with the relevant authorities and stakeholders, permitting till the obtainment of the building permit and start of the construction.
In these tasks will stay in contact with internal functions (engineering, national affairs, communication, scenarios, legal) and external consultants
- will participate in the M&A process with involvement in the due diligence and negotiation for acquisition of new projects
- will prepare internal presentations and reports to monitor the status of the projects and the advancement overview, in addition to coordinate meetings and define the list of priorities of each project
- will be involved in budgeting projections, actual and cost analysis, ensuring the right cost allocation
**Studies**:
Engineering (civil, mechanical or environmental) or economic degree with focus on renewables.
**Work Experience**:
**Languages**:
English and Italian.
Additional European language would be a plus.
**IT Skills**:
Deep knowledge of all Microsoft Applications.
CAD and Gis would be a plus.
**Know - How & Managerial Skills**
- Performance and results driven, dynamic, proactive with leadership presence and sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills particularly verbal communication
