**_Project Manager _**

- We are looking for _**_Project Manager in our HQ_**_ who manage the implementation of several types of projects (internal, external) following the DHL Group guidelines (methodologies, processes, etc) coordinating the team members and reporting on regularly basis the Project Status Report._

**In this **_Project Manager _**role you will**:
- Define and plan the project, in line with its assigned goals and objectives and by the engagement of the right project team;
- Identify and engage all the competencies needed to get to the project's objectives;
- Manage scope, plan, budget, risks, issues, changes during the entire project, from its definition till its closure;
- Control (measure & manage) the alignment between expectations and actuals;
- Ensure OPS and Financial dashboards are in place since day 1 of the business;
- Design and manage a comprehensive project communication plan (with the project team, the steering group, Customer, suppliers, DHL stakeholders etc);
- Facilitate decisions, negotiations, conflict resolutions, problem solving, collaboration with any kind of stakeholder;
- Manage the budget.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in Logistic or Consultancy Company;
- Strong Project Management (at least 4 years).
Better if in Logistic and complex environment;
- Experience in Operations environment preferred.
- Good know-how of at least 1 PjM methodology and Financials basics;
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Experience on WMS and TMS solutions preferred
- Fluency in English
- Proactive personality, able to work in a team
