What You'll Do: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our PMO Department in ensuring the successful execution and alignment of projects with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will assist in tracking project progress, coordinating tasks, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Work alongside project managers to align project objectives with company goals.Assist in tracking project progress, updating project timelines, and reporting on milestones to stakeholders.Support in managing task deadlines to ensure project schedules are met.Aid in ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.Contribute to the review of project plans and related documentation.Assist in analyzing project data and contributing to risk assessments for ongoing projects.Assist in producing reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Support effective communication among stakeholders and project team members.You Have These: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management role.Fluency in English and Italian.Position based in Milan.We'd Love If You Also Have These: Attention to detail with an understanding of the overall project objectives.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Basic understanding of project management principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to adapt and learn new tools and technologies efficiently.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.How we work: Endeavor is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
