Project Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

For our client, company leader in its specific sector and part of a multinational company, we are looking for a:
**Project Coordinator**
**Managing operations on ERP **(spare parts & services):
- Projects set-up, customer invoices issue and revenue generation;
- Issue purchase orders and book receipts
- Periodical review of billing/revenue events, cost budget etc.
;
- Track project financial milestones such as bank guarantees, payments and billing instalments etc.
**Coordination of shipping procedures**:
- Provide shipping instructions;
- Coordinate with freight forwarders;
- Arrange and submit shipping documents;
- Provide to customer the required details in their format (example "ready to ship" notice and marking template);
- Support with the customs import procedure in Italy;
- Collect proof of delivery.
**Admin support**:
- Provide for office maintenance and supplies;
- Provide admin/secretarial support to the team as requested
**H&S**:
- Arrange periodical medical checks and trainings
- Travel requirements (idoneità alla partenza) as per global mobility policy.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related fields/ or work experience;
- Experienced in using ERP systems;
- Experienced in use of Microsoft Office (incl.
Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Fluency in English language (C2).
