MSX International is looking for a Project Coordinator & Administrator to implement and maintain information security systems for the Italian and French market.
As a Project Coordinator & Administrator you will play a big role in the continuous improvement process of MSX International.

The Role The Project Coordinator & Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and ongoing maintenance of information security compliance practices within assigned MSX markets and working with the Operations and Support Functions to ensure effective alignment of process activities to meet TISAX accreditation requirements.
As part of this role, the Project Coordinator & Administrator will be responsible for: Implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) inclusive of necessary key process activities to satisfy TISAX requirements within the assigned markets.
Management and maintenance of the ISMS in accordance to MSXI ISC Policy and local legislation, including the creation, maintenance and review of associated policies and support documentation.
Ensuring active and effective collaboration with market leadership as per the designated ISMS responsibilities.
Promote ISC awareness in the markets, including (but not limited to) ensuring completion of mandatory ISC training modules.
Support Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) activities for all eligible projects, assets, and new suppliers in the market in order to promote security risk reduction.
Preparation for and coordination of, internal and external ISC audits assessment for the assigned markets.
About you This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has project management experience and information security knowledge.
