In this role you will: Consolidate team action items and track their completion Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learned Create templates which allow partners to understand and apply the data analysis results Ensure documentation is well organised and accessible Manage annual contract extension matrix ensuring amendments are completed on time Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including creating a live reporting tool for real-time progress reporting, trending, data validation & regional communications Prepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns and predictions using program data Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessary Support development and updates of monthly reporting Support vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding We would love to hear from you if you: Are fluent in Spanish Have experience in data analysis for a large project Have experience in front end planning, land acquisition and coordinating with multiple partner teams Have an understanding of QuickBase tools Enjoy collecting and interpreting data, analysing results & creating automated reports for stakeholder review Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics Have worked closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisions The salary range for this role is between $96,000 and $125,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on skill set, education and experience.
