Job description In this role the candidate has to check and report the status of the programs, supporting the program manager to supervise several programs, participating to internal and with customer meetings and reviews.
Responsibilities and Duties Follow several programs for different customers relative to naval, defence and aerospace applications; Update GANTT chart for each program; Help coordination of meeting and project review with customer; Issue a risk register document with the project leader for each program; Report status of the program, referring cost, timeline and quality of the work to head of program management; Co-ordinate internal design review meetings; Check status of financial department; Check cost of warehouse; Issue a monthly report on invoices, cost, and financial aspect for each program; Issue a monthly report on KPI's program; The candidate will report directly to head of program management.
Qualifications and Skills Required Skills Degree in engineering; Knowledge of contract and agreement rules; Knowledge of basic lean management rules; Basic rules of cost analysis; Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Project); B2 Knowledge level of English Language (written and spoken); Problem solving; Preferred Skills Knowledge of AS/EN 9100 and EU 748/2012; Knowledge of ECSS-M-ST-10C (space project management); Knowledge of Inertial Navigation systems; Benefits and Perks Free lunch meal; Coffee bar; #J-18808-Ljbffr
