SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.
**Posizione**:
Sicim is currently looking for a Project Control Manager for one of our projects based in South America.
The Project Control Manager shall be responsible for the following activities:
- Coordinate timely scheduling and cost-controlling activities, review and forecast sessions with project team members and Project Manager
- Reporting and tracking trends as they emerge
- Track, log, and close project issues and deficiencies
- Coordinate and support Project Control personnel involved in the Projects
- Support Project Managers on Project Control activities (Work Statements, Schedule monitoring, reporting)
- Schedule and organize defined review meetings
- Obtain, review and analyze vendor progress reports/schedules in order to reflect updates and their associated impacts on the Overall Project Master Schedule
- Take the initiative to work with contractors, gathering necessary schedule insights to analyze critical path(s), schedule variations, and progress trends
- Coordinate the lessons learned as well as conduct lessons learned sessions with the project teams
**Requisiti**:
- Good knowledge (written and spoken) of English is required
- University degree and at least 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas sector (Pipeline Construction project)
- Strong analytical, interpretive, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to professionally liaise with internal and external groups
- Possess keen attention to details
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills are required with proven proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Primavera (P6)
- Motivated team player, able to work with team members and meet deadlines
