Location: Italy in Contractor's office during FEED (6-8 months) with missions to Iraq, then based in Iraq

Qualifications/Experience Required
Project control leader in onshore projects with a strong knowledge of Project Control Tools and reporting systems. Bachelor's degree in an engineering field. 10+ years' experience in project controls for gas projects in complex environments. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, enabling effective discussion and transfer of information between contractors, team members, and other stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Project and/or Primavera. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across complex project teams and interface with interdisciplinary departments within an international team. Fluent in English. Professional experience: 15 - 20 years. Experience in contract, cost control, cost estimation, planning, and project administration/control: 5 - 10 years. Goals
Responsible for establishing and managing Project Control activities across all project phases (Detail Engineering, execution, as per Project Strategy (Budget & Schedule), Project Execution Plan (PEP), and project governance procedures). Ensure JV policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures are enforced; take necessary actions to maintain the highest quality of Project Control activities. Activities
Assist the EGE Project Manager in the organization, management, and control of the Project. Assist in the definition, establishment, and organization of the Project. Perform, supervise, coordinate, and control all necessary Project Controls activities related to EGEP development. Establish Project-specific procedures covering the coordination and control of Project Control activities using TE Rules, OT/TL/PJC Guidelines, Procedures, and best work practices. Control the preparation and review of the initial Project budget and its successive revisions; oversee constant monitoring of Project costs. Monitor and control Project contract activities and all post-award contract administration through to contract close-out; ensure compliance with Total rules and best practices. Coordinate planning and progress control activities associated with the establishment and management of the overall Project Schedule and individual contract Work Time Schedules. Control internal and external reporting of the Project to ensure appropriate content and quality of information; liaise with other Project Control Leaders (GMP, AGUP1, AGUP2, WIP, Solar), external authorities, etc. Provide/coordinate Project team with IT services and ensure adequacy of IT resources for Project needs. Coordinate with HR on Project Personnel administration tasks, including contracted staff recruitment in close collaboration with requesting Managers. Manage the Documentation control system for all project activities.
