An experienced Project Control Manager is required to carry out his services in PCS department in Fano office. The resource will work as head of a pre-established project control team located in 3 different countries (Italy, Romania, Algeria) for the execution of project control services for an international project, following the relevant procedure agreed with the client. He/She will collaborate with planners, cost controller and document controller, as well as the Project Management and the procurement team for providing the services including: cost budgeting CTR based, schedule preparation, engineering document management, procurement control, timesheet management, cost control, progress control, invoicing and close out management, as well as portfolio control and performance measurement.

Initial contract of 2 years, with the possibility of an extension for another year.

Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation of Monthly Reports Verification and issue of CTRs Change Order Management Management and coordination of the PCS team VOWD Report verification with the Lead Cost Controller Preparation and participation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings as per the agreed calendar Preparation of Tech/Comm Close Outs Qualifications required: The job holder must have an Engineering or Technical degree. Experience in Project Controls in an oil and gas company Not less than 15 years of experience of working in a prior similar position Fluent in English Language Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Oracle Primavera
