Role description: Arcadis is looking for a Construction Manager to support our Engineering Construction division out of our Milano Italy main office.
Presence on-site during construction will be required.
As a Construction Manager, you will ensure projects adhere to client requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating activities within the established project timelines set forth by the Project Manager.
Your responsibilities will span all project phases: planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Role accountabilities: Coordination of executive/construction design activities.
Supporting operational management.
Verification and control of site accounting.
Verification of material submission form and construction drawings.
Drafting of construction site reports.
Monitoring GANTT and construction budget.
Monitoring and control of construction site activities.
Qualifications Experience: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Around 4-7 years of construction management experience.
An excellent level of English (B2 / C1).
Knowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines will be considered a plus.
Good knowledge and experience with project management procedures will be considered a plus.
Proven construction management experience in Data Center will be considered a plus.
Professional accreditation (PE, AIA, CCM, CPC, PMP, LEED or equivalent).
