Role description:Arcadis is looking for a Construction Manager to support our Engineering & Construction division out of our Milano Italy main office.Presence on-site during construction will be required.As a Construction Manager, you will ensure projects adhere to client requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating activities within the established project timelines set forth by the Project Manager.
Your responsibilities will span all project phases: planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Role accountabilities: Coordination of executive/construction design activities.
Supporting operational management; Verification and control of site accounting; Verification of material submission form and construction drawings; Drafting of construction site reports; Monitoring GANTT and construction budget; Monitoring and control of construction site activities.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Around 4-7 years of construction management experience An excellent level of English (B2 / C1) Knowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines will be considered a plus Good knowledge and experience with project management procedures will be considered a plus Proven construction management experience in Data Center will be considered a plus Professional accreditation (PE, AIA, CCM, CPC, PMP, LEED or equivalent)
