Arcadis is looking for a Construction Manager to support our Engineering & Construction division out of our Milano Italy main office.
Presence on-site during construction will be required.
As a Construction Manager, you will ensure projects adhere to client requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating activities within the established project timelines set forth by the Project Manager. Your responsibilities will span all project phases: planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Coordination of executive/construction design activities.Supporting operational management;Verification and control of site accounting;Verification of material submission form and construction drawings;Drafting of construction site reports;Monitoring GANTT and construction budget;Monitoring and control of construction site activities.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceAround 4-7 years of construction management experienceAn excellent level of English (B2 / C1)Knowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines will be considered a plusGood knowledge and experience with project management procedures will be considered a plusProven construction management experience in Data Center will be considered a plusProfessional accreditation (PE, AIA, CCM, CPC, PMP, LEED or equivalent)Why Arcadis?
