YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate procurement activities within specific innovation projects, ensuring procurement contributions align with project successEnsure early involvement in innovation projects and sales meetings to identify cost-saving and standardization opportunitiesManage interfaces between Cost Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and Logistics functionsCollaborate closely with engineering and technical departments to streamline project goalsDesign and negotiate project-specific contracts tailored to innovation needsConduct supplier contract negotiations and prepare for supplier negotiations in coordination with Commodity Managers or Strategic BuyersAgree on project delivery and time schedules, ensuring all delivery dates are met.Manage claims as requiredYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSFluent knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German andItalian is considered a plus.Degree in Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain & Logistics.3+ years of experience in procurement as an NPI procurement or Project Buyer.Proven experience in market and supplier analysis.Experience in scouting new technologies and evaluating potential suppliers.Expertise in introducing and/or optimizing procurement tools and systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Experience in the E-Mobility sector is considered a plusOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
