To perform tasks necessary to track the status of projects and expedite activities necessary to keep projects on schedule.
To prepare and update project documents, as needed.
Reports to the Manager of Projects, but receives direction on a daily basis from every Project Manager correspondent to relative project.
To act as customer point-of-contact.
At the request of the Project Manager(s), compile documentation required in support of a project and required by the customer.
By way of example and not exclusion, documents may include document registers, covers, packing lists, transmittals.
Update and control the document registers and report a weekly status of the documents.
Perform and document final shipping inspections, either directly or under supervision of the Project Manager(s).
Interact with costumers or suppliers for the submission of project documentation.
Organize in folders all the documentation sent and received to and from client and/or supplier.
Occasionally control the project folder.
Compile documentation and ensure that all supporting documents are placed into the files.
This includes (by example and not exclusion): drawings, purchase orders, packing lists, document registers, tables/checklists, and Bills of Material, Final book.

Fluent knowledge of the English language and communication in general.
Good command of the main software packages (Microsoft Office, Adobe).
