Your ChallengeAs a senior Project Manager/Service Agreement Manager, your mission will be to manage maintenance projects and contracts, all related KPIs, with the aim of re-adding the set corporate. Some of the main activities will be to:
Guarantee customer satisfaction;Manage penalties/claims;Obtain contract variants and technical/administrative closure of the same;Perform and manage project risk analysis;Monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets and initiates actions to minimize non-compliance costs;Clarify customer objectives and requirements and/or project specifications based on bid documentation and customer order;Coordinate overall project planning and decides on resource allocation by monitoring work progress;Organize project meetings and is responsible for communication to the customer and stakeholders;Be responsible for the management and motivation of the project team by ensuring the correct assignment of tasks to resources, based on their competence and seniority;Adhere to project management standards and business conduct guidelines (e.g. code of ethics; tax regulations; export control, EHS).To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Proven experience as Project Manager preferably for Building AutomationBasic knowledge of the main technical standards CEI - UNI -ISO -ENBackground of Automation Systems and technical aspects focusing on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion is a plus, as well as knowledge of health and safety legislation and safety management systemsExperience in Pharma VM and GMP Standards will be considered as a preference criterionKnowledge of IT principles in networking, VPN, firewalls, IT security, virtualization, remote connectionAnalytical and problem solving skills as well as the negotiation and communication onesAvailable for business travelPassion to never stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create andshare knowledgeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in ItalyWhat we offerFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results,; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone;Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options.Never stop growing: plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys An inclusive team culture where you can be yourselfJoin us and be yourself.
