GroupM is looking for a Programmatic Specialist.
The candidate is expected to create, launch, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns through multiple buying platforms (DSP). The candidate will act as programmatic consultants, developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and providing actionable campaign insights and key support for strategy and business development.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign setup in DSP & external tools/platforms
Monitor and analyze campaign performances on KPIs
Act as a consultant, giving recommendations for optimization and improvement
Develop programmatic campaign strategies based on overall advertiser goals and objectives
Develop strong and effective audience-targeted plans in accordance with campaign objectives (branding/performance)
Perform regular reviews of campaign status across revenue, KPIs, pacing
Stay up to date about programmatic technologies features, acting as the main POC for tech-related topics and optimization best practices and recommendations
Design and implement tests to evaluate impacts of specific features/products/technologies/formats and tactics
Supervise insertion order process and ensure adherence to terms and conditions, handling cancellations and reallocations in a timely manner
Work with main internal and external stakeholders (tech providers, agencies, clients, sales, product, and data science teams) to develop best practices for effective activations and reach out to the sales team for what appears to be at-risk
Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders (clients, agencies)
ABOUT YOU 1-2 years of programmatic buying/biddable/trafficking experience (hands-on platforms)
Familiarity with main DSPs/buying platforms
Familiarity with analytics, brand-safety tools, tracking and attribution, reporting tools
Familiarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, web debugging, and troubleshooting tools
Good usage of Excel and PowerPoint
English: spoken and written form would be a big plus
Passion for digital advertising; organized, detail-oriented, highly focused, and able to meet deadlines
Experience with automation solutions would be a plus
Great team player
LOCATION WPP Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working)
