Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement new product categories, ensuring innovative and market-leading offerings.Manage product administration, including new launch forms and artwork approvals, to ensure smooth product rollouts.Monitor product performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to optimize results.Conduct market and consumer insights, as well as product tests, to inform product development and strategy.Support the development and growth of a new brand, collaborating closely with internal and external teams.Collaborate with R&D, production, communication, suppliers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development and marketing efforts.Development and maintenance of the Global Brand Book.Development of new design concepts.Continuous development and improvement of key visuals to provide guidance to design and communication agencies and ensure consistency.Point of contact and consultant for all local marketing teams regarding graphics, imagery, packaging, promotions, and merchandising at the Visual Identity level.Point of contact for external design agencies.Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and velocity in the main distribution channels:Conduct market analysis & research to monitor shopper trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Build and deliver effective trade storytelling, supporting the local sales teams in the negotiation and implementation phase.Collaborate with marketing & sales team to identify opportunities at the point of sale and implement targeted solutions, from equity-driven activations to tactical actions.Create and manage effective promotional programs to stimulate sales and customer loyalty.Oversee shopper marketing activities, including designing engaging shopping experiences and managing partnerships with retailers.Install category management knowledge and act as sparring partner for the international key distribution dealers.Analyze and improve the profitability of the main channels and customers.Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the owned retail business (brick & mortar + digital), promoting its progressive sustainable expansion (roll-out).Coordinate and streamline the main commercial processes (i.e., international pricing) and related governance.Strategic Sales Analysis and Optimization:Collaborate closely with our sales team, by continuously analyzing revenue drivers, cost factors, market trends, and competitive dynamics.Coordinate the planning, budgeting, and ongoing forecasting processes.Identify opportunities and risks, translating insights into actionable recommendations for sustainable growth.Performance Transparency and Reporting:Provide comprehensive and timely reporting, ensuring transparency and empowering decision-makers with accurate data-driven insights.Top Key Account Negotiations:Prepare and support commercial negotiations, creating profitable and strong relations with key accounts in the Italian food retail sector.Strategic Business Partnership:Collaborate on sales-related projects.Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with overall company goals.Provide structure and guidance.Open communication and conflict management contribute to a pleasant work atmosphere.Employee development: support employees' growth, foster their potential, and ensure their development.Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance departments, aiming to optimize the business processes.Independently drive the evolution and expansion of our controlling tools, processes, and methods.Set and maintain high performance standards within your area of responsibility.
