**Program Manager Railway Signaling**
**General Overview**
The Program Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the projects under his Program, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement programs
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables for the Program
- Select, induct and train project managers and project leaders for his team
- Supervise the budget of the projects
- Support and direct team
- Lead quality assurance
- Monitor and report on program progress
- Research and acquire all resources needed for the program: facilities, IT, comms, etc.
**Education & Experience**
- Required:
- Technical background
- Working experience in the Railway Industry (Signaling)
- High level of English
- Experience as a project manager
- Additional
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is a plus
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools
