Program Managers/Implementation Specialists (IS) support EU Customer Advisors & Professional Services teams to drive Amazon Business (AB) adoption for purchasing needs.
IS's are experts in AB solutions and they are able to set up AB solutions as per Customers' requirements, internal tools & processes.
IS's work closely with Customer Advisor and Professional Services teams in Europe to support implementation and have a key part in Customers' success to adopt our solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, managing B2B implementations, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesImplement required business policies into Amazon Business accountDrive internal efficiencies initiatives to support increasing number of implementation requestsChallenge, when required, business requirements translated into Amazon Business setup as per declared by Customer Advisors and/or CustomersOversee program execution including project scheduling and timely deliveryProvide timely, clear, concise, and complete communications to Customer Advisor, Professional Services, and Amazon Business LeadershipAssess program risks, anticipate challenges, and request support in escalation management when necessaryMeet or exceed targets for implementation deliveriesRelay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teamsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeFluent EnglishFluent Italian and SpanishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior B2B Experience/Negotiation or Business Process Management Experience PreferredAttested history of building business requirements and requests for proposalStrong problem solving, highly analytical, attention to detail, and solid organizational skillsTrack record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projectsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
