Program Manager

The Program Manager will support the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) with its core mission including the advancement of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Data Strategy.
Responsibilities Pursue reusable data services to consolidate data from source systems through an informed service layer to enable secure data sharing, enhance data quality, facilitate analytics, and support adjudications and operationsSupport research of ongoing, Agency-wide needs such as the development of FICO-like scores (i.e., the credit score) and metrics to support production, reports, and analyses.Develop and assist with implementation of a model or models to assess case complexity automatically, using comparative data sources for information validation, indicators of case features that contribute to complexity, potential automatic case routing, and producing other insights and recommendations to support officers and leadership.
