Responsibilities: As a Design Producer/Program Manager on the this team, you will oversee three key areas:
Team Operations: Partner closely with design, UX engineering, and research leads to drive operational strategy, improve practices, and support organizational development efforts.Program Management: Collaborate with partner teams to refine briefs, facilitate reviews, manage team communications, and enhance the design system to meet evolving customer needs.Production Management: Drive efficiencies in the design and engineering process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.Attention to detail and structured thinkingDesign thinkingInfluencing for impactBasic Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in product and/or interaction design in a Producer, PM, or Design PM roleBA/BS in Computer Science, User Interface Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, Project Management, or related field, OR significant industry experienceRequired: Deep understanding of design, engineering, research, and pixel-perfect executionCommitted, confident, and optimistic collaboratorAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience managing simultaneous projects and coordinating efforts across multiple teamsCustomer-centric mindset with experience translating research outcomes and metrics into product success storiesAbility to identify opportunities within ambiguity and constraintsThe target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $52.59 to $58.43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
