**What will you do**
Johnson Controls has an exciting remote opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to design, build and run Program Management Office for our Global Customer Success team.
This newly created position is a significant enabler in establishing an Integrated Service Delivery Model (ISDM) - new and innovative way to deliver our services both globally & regionally

**How you will do it**
- Strategic and solution focused.
Leads all aspects of the ISDM PMO
- Deliberate collaborator.
Work collaboratively with all other ISDM workstream leads to ensure progress across functions is being tracked effectively, key risks and next steps are highlighted, and project plans are maintained with timeliness and accuracy.
- Support charter development for each ISDM workstream
- Coordinate cross-program resource needs and resources forecasts across initiatives
- Facilitate program KPIs and centralize reporting for internal and external program needs
- Coordinate inter-dependency and risk / issue identification, mitigations dependency management, project management & tracking, status reporting, and budget management
- More detailed capabilities gap assessment (esp.
for IT roadmap)
- Bottom-up view of 'waves' & requirements, with clear dependencies & deadlines / prioritizations
- Review progress, risks, and next steps on "All hands" calls on a recurring basis
- Report directly to the Senior Director global Enterprise Operation Centers
- Ensure a customer-centric strategy
- Adapt communication style in response to varying situations, groups, and cultures
- Engage and inform others to ensure the desired outcome
- Adjust efforts and approaches to meet goals and deadlines
- Analyze and draw conclusions based on less-than-complete data
- Build models and assumptions to account for missing data
- Enable and support others to make decisions and take reasonable risks
- Identify and remove obstacles that may interfere with success
- Ensure that individuals and team members understand the impact of their contributions
- Use structured analysis to assess and mitigate risk
**What we look for**
**Required**
- Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree in business management, similar and necessary relevant industry experience
- 8+ years of experience running large, complex and technical programs
- Experience with a wide variety of structured problem-solving processes and reporting tools
- Ability to work in a global team environment
- Flexibility to travel globally (app.
20%)
**Preferred**
- MBA
- HVAC or Building Management System industry experience
