Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating, monitoring, and executing oversight and management of program area requirements to include financial programming, budgeting, management of budget execution and civilian personnel hiring; 2) Providing program and process training through informal and formal training environment to maintain mission readiness; 3) Analyzing training plans to correct deficiencies and gaps discovered during assessments; 4) Developing policies and procedures to implement program and operating requirements and functions; and 5) Applying complex fact finding, program management, and problem solving methods and techniques to provide recommendations to all internal and external organizational levels. 6) Integrating and analyzing organizational goals into concrete objectives, plans, priorities and assignments. 7) Providing guidance aligned to leaderships direction to program directors 8) Monitoring and coordinating directorates work flow and deliverables to meet deadlinesNOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
