Program Analyst

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Component of COMUSNAVEUR-COMSIXTHFLEET SEA Capodichino, Italy.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.Specialized experience may include:Formulating objectives, priorities and implementing plans consistent with long-term interests of the organization that takes into consideration the environment, resources, capabilities, constraints, and organizational goals and values to ensure mission accomplishment of vital military programs.Coordinating and/or implementing guidance and policy on requirements, security cooperation and international engagement.Soliciting, analyzing, specifying, documenting, and managing functional, operational, and system requirements; translating customer requirements into technical requirements used for logical and physical design or presenting alternative solutions or approaches.Analysis, coordination, and collaboration for the planning and programming phases of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) to support US Military forces and international partners.Note: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for this position.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
