Program Analyst

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the N5 Strategy and Future Requirements of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE, Italy. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Coordinating the development and implementation of Strategy & Future Requirements programs of highest significance to the necessary personnel;
Applying expert-level knowledge of business, financial, and program management policies, processes, and requirements in order to develop and implement business initiatives and strategies;
Overseeing management analytical and evaluative methods, tools, and techniques to apply them to issues/studies concerning the efficiency/effectiveness of program operations;
Examining long-standing business practices to devise innovative and more efficient and effective methods and processes in support of command programs.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
