DutiesYou will be responsible for conducting studies and analysis of administrative operations to support updating processes, identifying issues, and creating overall efficiency within the Command.You will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and maintaining program data.You will be responsible for tracking funding execution for assigned programs through the years and to analyze data to identify potential issues and work with stakeholders to propose mitigation.You will be responsible for analyzing workload and staffing requirements to ensure all documents requirements are met and to identify upcoming gaps prior to vacancies.You will be responsible for developing complex business process which integrate work flow, funding receipt, data entry and retrieval, and personnel tracking.You will be responsible for developing resourcing, workforce, and administrative program metrics to analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, future requirements, and process changes.You will be responsible for assistance in interpretation and enforcement of published operational policies and regulations.You will be responsible for working with supervisors, leadership, counterparts, and Public Works Department liaisons to provide data, guidance, and input for various taskers.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.)
Implementation of analytical principles, organizational relationships, and quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, processes, and operational procedures; 2.)
Development of business processes which integrate work flow, funding receipt, data entry and retrieval, and personnel tracking; 3.)
Identification of trends in business process and staffing requirements to provide consulting services; 4).
Tracking funding execution for assigned programs through the years and analyzing data to identify potential issues; 5).
Collecting, compiling, recording, and maintaining program data; and/or 6.)
Preparation of briefings and documents to support resourcing, workforce, or administrative actions.

Commute area is defined as the geographic area surrounding the duty location in which people can reasonably be expected to travel back and forth daily.
