Development and creation of detailed technical drawings and plans as a basis for the production of high-speed filling systems for the aerosol industry
For a long-established company involved in the manufacture of machine automation in the liquid filling industry that operates internationally, we are seeking for a Technical designer, with the following preferred requirements.
Creating technical drawings Development of precise technical assemblies and drawings with CAD software (e.g.
Autodesk Inventor 3D, Vault, AutoCad 2D)Design and development Development of design solutions taking into account technical requirements and production possibilities according to partial specifications by the customerSizing and analysis of whole details of each project, study of filling processes, preliminary analysis of machine performance, custom design to fulfill special requestsMechanical, pneumatic and electrical sizing according to the required performance of the machineryDetailing and specification Study of preliminary layout as per customer's requestsPreparation of detailed drawings and plans, including dimensions, materials, tolerances and surface finishesPreparation of parts lists (BOMs) and technical specifications.Preparation of pneumatic schemes and P&ID diagramsDraw up of electrical and software specifications for the related departmentsCollaboration with other departments Close cooperation with sales / customers, the production team, suppliers and purchasingCommunication of technical details and changes to relevant departments.Documentation and quality control Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including drawings, models and specifications.Checking compliance with quality standards and technical norms.Norms and standards Ensuring that all designs comply with relevant norms, regulations and industry standardsUpdating drawings and documentation in line with new standards or regulations.Prototyping and testing Development and design of new solutions for R&D departmentSupport in the production and testing of prototypesParticipation in test runs and analysis of test results to improve the design.Project Management Planning and monitoring of smaller projects or sub-projects in the field of technical drawing and designAdherence to schedules and budgets for design work.Innovation and improvement Development and implementation of design improvements to increase product quality or cost efficiencyApplication of new technologies and methods in the design process.Training and development Participation in training courses to further develop your own skills and master new technologiesIf necessary, training and guidance of junior designers or trainees.The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Technical education: Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g.
technical design, mechanical engineering)CAD skills: Extensive experience in working with CAD softwareKnowledge in the field of ATEXTechnical understanding: Good understanding of technical drawings, mechanics, pneumatics and materials.Attention to detail: High level of precision and attention to detail in workCommunication skills: Good collaboration and communication skills with different departments, suppliers and customers.
