We will count on you to: Depending on the job rotation, you'll be involved in activities such as: Relationship management: Support Senior Colleagues in advising on insurance strategy solutions, understanding client risks, and managing current accounts.
Insurance coverage: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate insurance-carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.
Develop a deep understanding of insurance markets and analytics-based programs.
Risk management: Contribute to a variety of risk-consulting projects, evaluating exposures and developing risk management solutions for clients.
Growth strategies: Implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.
Placement solutions: Assess risks and negotiate with carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.
What you need to have: University Degree: Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.
), Law, or Management Engineering Degree achieved within the last 12 months or nearing completion, with a brilliant academic track record.
Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English.
IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint).
Additional Skills: Strong interest in insurance brokerage and risk management, extracurricular activities and international experience, self-motivation, goal-orientation, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work well in a team.
