Growth strategies: Implement strategies to achieve growth goals. Placement solutions: Assess risks and negotiate with carriers to develop placement solutions. What you need to have: University Degree: Economics, Law, or Management Engineering Degree achieved within the last 12 months or nearing completion. Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English. IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially Microsoft Office. Additional Skills: Strong interest in insurance brokerage and risk management. What's next?
