The Professional Education & Development Specialist will support the Professional Team with internal and external trainings, customers' meetings, and ECPs coaching.
This role will require 80% travel across Italy.
Responsibilities Manage internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners.
Support the Professional department for ECPs virtual classroom and MF plan customers' presentation.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure a smooth copy clearance process for promotional and educational materials.
Support the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Cooperate with Commercial Compliance, HCC, and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives.
Facilitate the invoice payment process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial documentation.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Optics-Optometry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lenses.
Driving license B.
