We are searching for a Professional Category Manager to support us in defining and implementing the go-to-market strategy for the Southern Europe Region (Italy, Spain, Greece & Turkey). Responsible for the mix of products' definition assigned to the distribution channels and/or target groups of reference.
You will be reporting to our Regional Product & Marketing Director and will be located in our offices in Barcelona.
This is how you will WOW: You will be the internal and international key contact person for the assigned categories and responsible for the price positioning.Develop processes and ways of working for the region in terms of products.Prepare and manage new product launches.Early identify possible business opportunities, included in product portfolio planning and lifecycle in coordination with International Product Management.Challenge and foster planning of product variants within the region.Collaborate with different commercial and customer service departments of the company, supporting the commercial network in product information, demonstrations, reports, etc.Develop special business development projects for Special Businesses such as Vehicle Wash, Municipal Machines, and Industrial Vacuuming.It would be WOW if you would bring this in: Strategic vision and you always keep the customer at the center of actions.Structured methodology, analytical skills, and planning aptitude.Ability to manage effective relationships in matrix organizations.Flexibility and speed of execution.5 years of experience in a similar position.So: Wanna WOW with us?
