Production Unit Supervisor

Logistics Planner --> BOLZANO This job is open to internal candidates in the Iveco Group RESPONSABILITIES Support the development and implementation of immediate solutions in collaboration with all plant functions; Interface with all the support functions in the plant to facilitate their activity and interaction; Develop internal and external benchmarking to identify new industrial methodologies and best practices, promoting the standardization of tools and procedures and supporting the plants with regard to continuous improvement methodologies; Ensure the correct implementation of KPIs; Work on launch activities and production capability in respect of quality, costs, and time objectives; Collaborate for the installation of a completed product application into the plant, working with the project team to diagnose and fix problems, from launch to site maintenance and optimization. REQUIRED SKILLS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering; Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2 required); Good problem solving, analytical, communication, and relationship skills connected to the spirit of teamwork.
