Responsibilities Accountable for production execution in accordance with company values and priorities.
Deploy and anchor a comprehensive safety culture in own area and in production teams.
Serve as a conduit of communication between employees and senior managers.
Implement business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on their skills and abilities.
Identify and implement changes for cost reduction and waste elimination.
Ensure compliance with national and local regulations and laws.
Direct employees in meeting safety and quality and on-time delivery requirements, address production challenges, and communicate issues to relevant senior managers.
Ensure that each team member understands and follows the PWI.
Strive for quality - zero operator related defects.
Secure correct and efficient NC work.
Set performance goals and deadlines in alignment with company's vision, monitor budget, and report variances to senior managers.
Receive, track, and resolve complaints from employees and customers.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
Qualifications Technical or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Ability in use of Lean and problem-solving tools (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5-why,..).
Experience in people management (at least 3 years).
Advanced in English language.
Ability in use of IT systems and platform (MS-office/SAP).
