Secure correct and efficient NC work.Set performance goals and deadlines in alignment with the company's vision, monitor budget, and report variances to senior managers.Receive, track, and resolve complaints from employees and customers.Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.Qualifications:Technical or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.Ability in the use of Lean and problem-solving tools (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5-why, etc.
