Secure correct and efficient NC work.Set performance goals and deadlines in alignment with company's vision, monitor budget, and report variances to senior managers.Receive, track, and resolve complaints from employees and customers.Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.QualificationsTechnical or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.Ability in use of Lean and problem-solving tools (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5-why,..).Experience in people management (at least 3 years).Advanced in English language.Ability in use of IT systems and platform (MS-office/SAP).CompetenciesEffective people leadership competences.Able to make decisions autonomously.Good interpersonal and leadership skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across departments.Proven ability to make decisions and motivate team members.Detail-oriented mindset, effective organizational skills, and ability to adhere to standards and deadlines.Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.Proficiency with productivity software and collaboration tools.
