Production Supervisor Pm4

Position Production Supervisor PM4 Location Carmignano sul Brenta (PD) Job Description Reporting to PM4 Line Manager, as Production Supervisor of PM4 you will follow the paper machine PM4 from the technical and process point of view to achieve the set targets of safety, quality and productivity.In particular you will be responible to:
Promote safety culture and behavior within the department Plan, optimize and develop technologically paper processes Ensure set standards of paper quality related to production and on line coating and finishing process Decide and plan technically-determined production standstills of PM4 Cooperate with PM4 Line manager to plan and organize activities, training and developmentof PM4 personnel Guarantee compliance with the regulation according quality, safety, environment and energy and control the implementation of the SHEQ management system Create and review work instructions (SOP) Cooperate and coordinate production processes with PM4 Line Manager and other departments (Production Lines, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Procurement) Your Profile Technical High School Degree and proven experience in Paper Production and Coating processes Demonstrated knowledge of Flexpack, Label and Digital paper grades Experience as people manager (e.g.
Shift Leader) Leadership and good communication skills Flexibility and ability to work under pressure Willingness to work on standby duty Fluent in Italian and basic knowledge of English
