YOUR ROLE Manages all operations at department level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products Delivers analysis plant performance KPIs, budget and projects Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel Ensures operations processes and solutions YOUR SKILLS Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Engineering or related fields 3/4 years of previous experience in a similar role is required Well developed people Management skills  Fluent in Italian and English Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing knowledge IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package Proactive, passionate, result-oriented and a team-player with excellent communication and organizational skills
