Production Specialist - Kings League Italy

Main Responsibilities Coordinate the audience attending the set.
To be the contact person for all suppliers of the set and venue involved in the production (schedules, changes in needs, equipment expansion, material requests).
Attend to production needs that may arise in other departments (search for new suppliers, printing, purchase of materials...).
Collaborate with team members to achieve Access control of suppliers in the venue (personnel lists, accreditation requests).
Organization of the material generated in the shooting and set (props, purchases, etc.).
Support to the video team on outdoor shoots (request for permits, purchases, equipment rental).
Requirements Good attitude and disposition towards the assigned tasks will be a priority, but also flexibility in the face of changes and new tasks that arise in an improvised way.
Passionate about the audiovisual industry and eager to work on a variety of sports and entertainment programs and events in close collaboration with a diverse and talented cross-functional team.
Enthusiastic and proactive professional who builds collaborative relationships with teammates and is eager to learn and grow with us.
Ability to follow instructions and operating procedures.
Availability to work weekends, if necessary.
Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in a production environment is desirable but not essential.
Proactive, decisive, autonomous and organized person who approaches a project with energy and passion and is able to work on different projects at the same time under pressure.
