The Production Planner is responsible for analyzing demands and creating reliable plant schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery. This role involves coordinating material and personnel resources, addressing deviations in collaboration with production management, and driving improvements in supply chain operations.

Manage capacity overview (materials and labour) to ensure production fulfills project schedule. Monitor and adjust deviations from the production plan in collaboration with production management. Prepare detailed planning in the ERP, allocate resources, manage inventory levels, and resolve any issues affecting efficiency or delivery. Conduct early analysis for order confirmations and provide work-in-progress reporting. Ensure alignment with plant-level conditions and check resource availability for production feasibility. Qualifications and Requirements: 3 to 5 years experience in supply chain, production planning, or related fields. Strong analytical and organizational skills to create and optimize production schedules. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to production challenges effectively. Proficiency in production planning tools and systems. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
