Job Title: Production Planner
Location: Levico Terme (TN) Production Planner is the role that guarantees and carries out the activities in charge of Production Planning Office in order to achieve the production standards of quality and punctuality of the BLM GROUP products and services established by the Management and aimed at the customer.
Responsibilities Process, update and manage production orders;Monitor the progress of production, in order to meet deadlines and optimize production capacities;Contribute to satisfying the Quality of Service offered to the customer;Work in synergy with their work group and with the corporate functions involved.Activities Generation of production orders;Production capacity reservation: management of factory documents, planning of production orders and response with delivery times;Management of production order data (personal data, production cycles and bills of materials);Preparation of the follow up of the overall order execution plan;Inventory control and consequent procurement of raw materials necessary for production, in collaboration with the Purchasing area;Control of production progress and development of alternative programs to respond to frequent emergencies and to optimize production capacities and the use of plants;Support for continuous improvement projects of production processes from a Lean Production point of view.Must have Degree or diploma in management (a degree in industrial engineering, production process engineering, management engineering is preferred);Great curiosity and interest in new management technologies, with a view to Industry 4.0 and subsequent evolutions;Familiarity in the use of IT tools;Strong relationship, listening and communication skills, aimed at creating constructive comparisons between colleagues in upstream and downstream areas;Strong methodological orientation, in order to optimize the activities related to Production; organizational attitudes aimed at the circulation of information and time management;Knowledge of the English language, at level B1 or higher.Nice to have Work experience in industrial companies that design and build machines or industrial automation systems;In-depth knowledge – and possibly also experience – of IT tools and systems essential for modern production planning (ERP, MES, automatic warehouse management software);Direct experience in industrial companies that apply highly integrated ERP / MRP systems (at Group level).Job Function: Logistics
