ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB The candidate will join the Planning team with the following activities: Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve any scheduling conflicts; Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement; Expertise in planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay; Develop and implement effective planning and scheduling strategies to optimize production processes, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products Ability to define manpower in order to guarantee the industrial production plan; Critical thinking to challenge processes, and announced capacity; Ability to manage teams (2-3 people); Fluent in English and Italian.
