ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB The candidate will join the Planning team with the following activities:    •    Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve any scheduling conflicts; •    Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement; •    Expertise in planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay; •    Develop and implement effective planning and scheduling strategies to optimize production processes, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products •    Ability to define manpower in order to guarantee the industrial production plan; •    Critical thinking to challenge processes, and announced capacity; •    Ability to manage teams (2-3 people); •    Fluent in English and Italian.
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE •    Educational Background in Engineering/Economics •    At least 3 years of experience  •    Analytical skills and knowledge of the main production and supply chain flows
