Position overview As a Chemical Operator at allnex, you will be part of our manufacturing teams who are safely producing our products in an environmentally responsible manner.
This includes but is not limited to taking samples from our production lines, handling raw materials, filling our products into their different packages and handling waste materials.
We will train you and teach you everything you need to know about the job, there is no prior experience needed.

Responsibilities In your team, you will be responsible for The safe operation of the unit, compliance with health requirements and protection of the environment Ensuring production of material meets strict Quality standards Preparing raw materials, charging the reactors Taking samples during the manufacturing process Pumping our final products into their packages (eg drums, tank wagons or others) Ensuring that all waste generated on shift is properly labeled and stored Required skills and experience We are looking for candidates who bring excellent communication skills to Assist in training our junior operators Work with team members and ensure team objectives are met Ensure efficient and accurate information transfer between different shifts Further, we value candidates who Are looking to grow and learn more about our chemical processes Have attention to detail Can maintain good housekeeping practices Have an excellent attendance record A forklift driver's license is a plus Qualifications No higher education required Prior experience in (chemical) manufacturing is a plus Physical requirements Long periods of standing Walking and sitting Ability to wear certified safety equipment as required Lifting capability of up to 40 pounds/20kg Climbing ladders Repetitive movements among others We offer We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
