He/She will manage sorting and semifinished's area resources and make appropriate decisions in day-to-day management.

Coordination of the dried fruit processing and selection with cross-functional teams.Assure the maintenance of high order and cleanliness in operational areas, implementing practices for a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.Streamlining and optimizing production, supply chain, and distribution processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity, while identifying areas for improvements and implementing changes through a culture and methodology of continuous improvement.Track KPIs related to production.
